This notice explains how PAVANER Records handles personal information when you browse pavanerrecords.com, join an artist or label mailing list, or contact us.

WHO WE ARE

PAVANER Records is the trading name of a UK-operated independent record label. For privacy questions, contact music@pavanerrecords.com.

WHAT WE COLLECT

• When you subscribe: your email address, the artist or PAVANER list you selected, and records of your subscription, confirmation, preferences and unsubscribe requests.
• When you email us: your email address, any details you choose to share, and our correspondence.
• When you visit: technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, which may include IP address, browser information and server logs. Embedded Brevo signup forms may process technical data when they load.

HOW WE USE IT

We use newsletter details to send the music and artist updates you actively requested. Our legal basis for those marketing emails is your consent. Each artist has a separate mailing list; subscribing to an artist does not automatically sign you up for general PAVANER Records news. The PAVANER option is separate and voluntary.

We use messages sent to us to reply and manage enquiries, relying on our legitimate interests in running the label or, where appropriate, taking steps towards a contract. We use necessary technical data to operate and secure the website, relying on legitimate interests and other applicable legal grounds.

NEWSLETTER CONFIRMATION & UNSUBSCRIBING

We use double confirmation for newsletter signup. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting music@pavanerrecords.com. Withdrawing consent will not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

SERVICES WE USE

• Brevo — email signup forms, subscription records, confirmation messages and newsletter delivery. Its forms are embedded on the website.
• Netlify — website hosting and delivery, including necessary technical logs and security operations.
• Google Workspace — business correspondence received and sent through our PAVANER Records email addresses.

These providers process relevant information to supply their services under their own contractual and privacy arrangements. Some processing or storage may take place outside the UK or European Economic Area; where required, appropriate international transfer safeguards should apply.

COOKIES AND EMBEDDED CONTENT

The core website is designed without separate advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Embedded Brevo signup forms are supplied by Brevo and may use cookies or similar technologies when displayed or used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

Newsletter records are kept while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we may retain limited records needed to honour your choice and demonstrate compliance. We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry or applicable legal obligations; technical logs follow our hosting provider’s retention arrangements.

YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your information; object to or restrict certain processing; request portability where relevant; or withdraw consent.
